Jewellery Care

All our jewellery is tested to ensure they can be worn an extended period; however they, all metals will naturally oxidise over time and require maintenance. 

Our jewellery created with 14-18k gold plating infused on a Stainless Steel base, can be worn in water, however, we encourage you to follow these simple instructions to get the most wear out of your Joia Soul jewellery pieces. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Cleaning:

• Lightly wipe your jewellery with a jewel cloth to remove any unwanted chemicals from the surface. Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners that aren't specifically made for gold-plated jewellery.
• Jewellery cloths can be used to polish and bring back the shine of your pieces. 

Avoid: 

• Do not spray perfumes directly onto your jewellery. Keep away from perfume, cosmetics, and body/hair sprays 
• Avoid chemicals from lotions, sunscreens, etc.
• To increase longevity, avoid swimming and showering in jewellery.
• Do not store your jewellery in high moisture romms like bathrooms, etc. 
• Our jewellery, created with 14-18k gold infused on a Stainless teel base, can be worn in water, however, we recommend not wearing in the ocean or chlorine pools.
